Policy & Procedure

We can only guarantee the value of gift certificates 90 days from the date of purchase. The bearer of the certificate will be responsible for any amount due if a price change has incurred.

Gift certificates are non-refundable. They may be used for services and retail products only.*

NO SHOWS - Due to a major loss in income annually, we require a 50% deposit by check, gift certificate or credit card for services or spa packages requiring 2 or more hours of scheduling.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all salon & spa services. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for group appointments and/or spa packages. If notification is not received within these time requirements, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. (In the case of a gift certificate, the cancellation fee will be deducted from the value of the certificate.)
